Town of Wilsonville
The Town of Wilsonville is a small riverside community in Shelby County, Alabama (population <2,000), located about 25 miles southeast of Birmingham on the Coosa River. It is the proposed site of a ~3 million sq ft, ~1,008 MW hyperscale data center being developed by NorthPoint Development of Kansas City, Missouri (parcels purchased from Richard Cashio in Feb 2025), with electricity expected from Alabama Power.
