TA Realty is a Boston-based U.S. real estate investment manager founded in 1982, with offices in Newport Beach, Dallas and San Francisco. Since inception it has acquired, invested in or managed approximately $42 billion of real estate, including over 1,200 industrial, multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use and data center properties. It runs a dedicated hyperscale data center development arm with 1.2+ GW of committed power.
