Quasi-governmental economic development agency of the State of Indiana. Administers the Data Center Sales and Use Tax Exemption (up to 25 years for projects <$750M; up to 50 years for projects ≥$750M). In June 2025, IEDC board approved $168M of sales-tax incentives for four data centers and a 35-year credit for Microsoft's La Porte project.
