Gaines Township

Gaines Charter Township is a community in Kent County, Michigan (Grand Rapids metro). It is the location of the former Steelcase Pyramid campus, acquired by Switch in 2017 for ~$22.2M and being developed into Switch GRAND RAPIDS, the largest data center campus in the Eastern US (targeting 1.8 million sq ft of white space and up to 320 MW at a total cost of ~$5B).
