Member-owned, not-for-profit electric distribution cooperative serving more than 95,000 members across parts of Dakota, Goodhue, Scott, and Rice counties in Minnesota; second-largest electric cooperative in Minnesota. In December 2025 the MN PUC approved its proposal requiring data centers/very-large customers to pay for engineering studies and infrastructure upgrades.
