LLC purchased the former Cheswick coal plant site in Springdale Borough, Allegheny County, PA, for $14.3 million on Nov. 19, 2025, to build a 565,000 sq ft, 180 MW data center complex with a 200,000 sq ft cooling plant on ~47 acres.
